Hockey Awards Of 2021

On the other hand, the Finnish center forward of the Florida Phanters, Aleksander Barkov, won the Selke Trophy, this award is given by vote to the field hockey forward with the best defensive qualities in NHL field hockey, Barkov managed to make 39 steals, and managed to block 37 shots, with an average time on the court per game of 20:56.

In other awards, Adam Fox, the American defense man of the New York Rangers, won with 743 votes the Norris Trophy as the best defense man of the year, the defensive wall, while the award for the most valuable player of the postseason, the Conn Smythe Trophy, trophy was awarded to Tampa Bay Lightning Russian goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy, Russian Kirill Kaprizov won the Calder Trophy as rookie of the year, and Canadian coach Rod Brind’Amour of the Carolina Hurricanes was named coach of the year, earning the Jack Adams Award.

The Tampa Bay Lightning won the Prince of Wales Trophy as NHL Eastern Conference champion and the Stanley Cup, which it has won three times, this being the second consecutive time.
